The Young Warrior
Ages 5-10
8 Sessions
It is never too early to start your little one on the journey to becoming a warrior. This is a softer approach to the Full Warrior Journey with a focus on building self-expression, self-confidence, and self-discipline through mindfulness, stretches, and creative activities. Each lesson is composed of age-appropriate writing, drawing, and physical exercises to enhance the learning experience. This program will be adjusted based on the child’s need and developmental stage.​
The Rising Warrior
Ages 11-13
8 Sessions
Each lesson serves to give your child or student a strong foundation by uncovering their own warrior qualities, meditative practices to design a vision for their future and tools to handle strong emotions such as anger, anxiety, stress. It also provides them with the resources to identify immediate support and to turn challenges into opportunities of growth by making it a game.
The Ultimate Warrior
Ages 14-17
12 Sessions
An individualized program that encompasses training and exercises to help children and teens better understand themselves and develop techniques to thrive. Through the program, they will learn to identify their strengths and learning styles. They build upon this knowledge as they learn to visualize their ideal future and set goals to reach that future. Additionally, they are trained to identify, anticipate, and cope with obstacles, building healthy habits and enhancing their success and well-being. This program is ideal for pre-teens and teenagers who need some extra support in getting their true potential out—they may struggle with self-esteem, shyness, uncertainty, and/or aggression.
The Mindful Warrior
Ages 14-17
8 Sessions
This course is part of the Full Warrior Journey, but solely focuses on visualization and goalsetting techniques, and coping with obstacles. The program includes actionable strategiesand techniques to help your child find success. The shorter program is ideal for childrenand teens who are able to self-regulate, but need assistance in reaching goals anddesigning their future. It’s perfect for middle school and high school students as they beginto think about the future. Thoughtful planning now can better set them up for success intheir education, career, and endeavors.
Adaptive 1:1 & Group Exercises
For children and teens
Are you unable to find a fitness or martial arts program due to your child's disability or diagnosis, like Autism? This program is designed to create an adapted form of martial arts to include your child and meet their needs so they can participate in opportunities that highlight their strength.
Offering one on one and/or group exercies from a martial artist of over 14 years of martial arts training and background in psychology, teaching and ABA Therapy.
A Lifelong Journey
For Returning Members Only
Your child will never be abandoned on their journey. If they ever need to come back for support or guidance after the program ends, Raising Warriors is always here to provide support and re-focus as needed! We can meet weekly or monthly to make sure their path to being a warrior continues!
