This course is part of the Full Warrior Journey, but solely focuses on visualization and goal setting techniques, and coping with obstacles. The program includes actionable strategies and techniques to help your child find success. The shorter program is ideal for children and teens who are able to self-regulate, but need assistance in reaching goals and designing their future. It’s perfect for middle school and high school students as they begin to think about the future. Thoughtful planning now can better set them up for success in their education, career, and endeavors.

Week 1:
Introduction to interests, qualities and future visions.
Week 2:
Use meditative practices to create a vision.

Week 3:
Learn how to anticipate steps to create ones vision.
Week 4:
Turn miniature goals into SMART goals.
Week 5:
Apply SMART goals with actions to Week 4 material. Reflect on strengths and past successes and begin taking action on goals.

Week 6:
Review progress of goals and initiate action.
​
Week 7:
Review progress of goals and formulate future plan of action.
​
Week 8:
Review progress, next steps and certificates of success.
