An individualized program that encompasses training and exercises to help children and teens better understand themselves and develop techniques to thrive. Through the program, they will learn to identify their strengths and learning styles. They build upon this knowledge as they learn to visualize their ideal future and set goals to reach that future. Additionally, they are trained to identify, anticipate, and cope with obstacles, building healthy habits and enhancing their success and well-being. This program is ideal for pre-teens and teenagers who need some extra support in getting their true potential out—they may struggle with self-esteem, shyness, uncertainty, and/or aggression.

Week 1:

Introduction to interests, qualities and future visions.

 
Week 2: 

Identify learning styles and ways to apply them to problems.
 

Week 3:

Use meditative practices to create a vision.

​

Week 4: 

Learn how to anticipate steps to create ones vision.
 

Week 5:

Turn miniature goals into SMART goals.
 

Week 6:

Apply punching techniques to overcoming obstacles.

​

Week 7: 

Learn about anxiety and coping tactics.

​

Week 8: 

Overview on adolescent brain development and dangerous coping mechanisms that impact the body such as drugs and drinking.

Week 9: 

Apply healthy strategies to stress and problems.

​

Week 10: 

Apply SMART goals with actions to Week 5 material. Reflect on strengths and past successes and begin taking action on goals.

​

Week 11:

Review progress of goals and formulate a plan of action.

​

Week 12:

Review progress, next steps and certificates of success.
